Enrolments

When enrolling at Wynnum State School, parents/caregivers are provided with an Enrolment agreement (PDF, 141 KB). This agreement sets out the responsibilities of the student, parents or carers and school staff about the education of students enrolled at Wynnum State School.

A copy of the Responsible behaviour plan (PDF, 1949 KB) is provided to parents as part of the enrolment package.  This plan outlines the school's strategies for implementing the code of school behaviour.

All parents and students are required to sign the Acceptable use ICT facilities, devices (PDF, 348 KB) policy. This policy explains each student's responsibilities when using the school's computer network, including internet and email access, hardware and peripherals. This policy is part of the enrolment pack and will be transferred from year to year with the student.

The State school consent form (PDF, 240 KB) is provided in the enrolment pack. This form provides to the school parental permission for students to participate in all projects/productions undertaken by the school and the use of the students' copyright materials, images, sound or other recording, or name. These projects range from newsletters, website and local newspaper items to state and national competitions and projects.
