The planned excursion to Paradise Country has been cancelled due to the current Covid 19 restrictions. While this is disappointing, the Prep Teachers have hatched another plan that will engage and excite our learners and provide a shared experience for their farm unit. Henny Penny Chicken Hatchery.
On Monday 16 August, we welcomed the arrival of Henny Penny Chicken Hatchery. The children will engage in an enthralling program as they watch eggs hatching in a specially designed incubator, and then observe the hatched chicks as they play in a large and clear sided brooding pen.
Each day there will be a news item of the Preps modelled chicken diary entry.
